Egg Fried Rice Recipe Ingredient: - Oil                 3 tbsp - Boiled Rice (Ubala Hua Chawal)       2 Cups - Egg (Anda)       1 - Garlic Paste (Lehsan)         1 tbsp - Spring Onion (White)        1/2 Cup - Grated Carrot (Gajar)       1 - Cabbage (Gobhi)          1/2 Cup - Spring Onion (Hari Piyaz)      1/2 Cup - Soy Sauce        1 tsp - Vinegar       1 tsp - Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)       1 tsp - Salt (Namak)          To Taste - Water (Paani)         1/4 Cup - Boiled Egg (Optional)       For Garnish Direction: - In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well. - In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, add egg and stir it quickly to make it in threads.Keep set aside. - Now add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add garlic paste and saute for few minutes. - Add spring onion (white part) and garted carrot and mix well. - Add cabbage, spring onion (green part) and mix well. - Now add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar, and mix well. Chicken Makhni Handi Ingredient: - Oil             1/2 cup - Chicken (Boneless)        1/2 kg - 2 Medium Of Onion Puree - Garlic ginger paste.      1 tbsp - Fresh Cream         1 packet - Butter (Makhan)        2 tbsp - Yogurt (Dahi)       4 tbsp - Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)          4 - 6 - Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)        1 - 2 tsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi)          1/2 tsp - All Spice Powder (Garam Masala)       1 tsp - Salt (Namak)          To Taste - 5 Of Almond Paste Direction: - Heat oil in a pot. Chicken Nuggets Curry Ingredient: - Oil - Chicken Nuggets               As Required - Chopped Onion (Piyaz)     2 Small - Finely Chopped Garlic (Lehsan)         5 - 7 - Ketchup            1 Cup - Soy Sauce        1 tbsp - Chilli Sauce       1 tbsp - Vinegar              1 tsp - Black Pepper Powder        1 tsp - Salt (Namak)            To Taste - Corn Flour (Makayi Ka Atta)          2 tbsp - Water           As Required Direction: - Firstly heat oil in a pan.
