Chicken Drumstick Curry

Ingredient:

- Oil
- Chicken Drumstick                      6
- Yogurt (Dahi)               1 Cup
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste)         1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper (Kuta Hoyi Kali Mirch)      1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)           2 tsp
- Cumin Seed (Roasted & Crushed) (Kuta Hua Zeera)       1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)             To Taste  
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)          1 tbsp
- Mint Leaves (Podina)           1 tbsp

Direction:

- Firstly slightly cut chicken drumstick in to three sides.
- Heat oil in a pot, add chicken drumstick and cook until chicken changes color.
- Add garlic ginger paste and saute for few minutes.
- Add crushed black pepper, red chilli powder, crushed cumin seed, and salt, and mix well.
- In a bowl, add yogurt and little bit of water, and whisk well.
- Now add yogurt and mix well.
- Cook until chicken is done. 
- Don't cover the lid otherwise yogurt will be spoiled.
- Add coriander and mint leaves, and mix well. Cook for few minutes.
- Now It's Ready.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve with rice / roti /. Enjoy :)
