Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredient:

- Oil                 3 tbsp
- Boiled Rice (Ubala Hua Chawal)       2 Cups
- Egg (Anda)       1
- Garlic Paste (Lehsan)         1 tbsp
- Spring Onion (White)        1/2 Cup
- Grated Carrot (Gajar)       1
- Cabbage (Gobhi)          1/2 Cup
- Spring Onion (Hari Piyaz)      1/2 Cup
- Soy Sauce        1 tsp
- Vinegar       1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)       1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)          To Taste
- Water (Paani)         1/4 Cup
- Boiled Egg (Optional)       For Garnish

Direction:

- In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well.
- In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, add egg and stir it quickly to make it in threads.Keep set aside.
- Now add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
- Add spring onion (white part) and garted carrot and mix well.
- Add cabbage, spring onion (green part) and mix well.
- Now add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar, and mix well. Cook for two minutes.
- Add boiled rice and mix well.
- Add fried egg and mix well.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with boiled egg.
- Serve with chicken manchurian. Enjoy
