Chicken Makhni Handi

Ingredient:

- Oil             1/2 cup
- Chicken (Boneless)        1/2 kg
- 2 Medium Of Onion Puree
- Garlic ginger paste.      1 tbsp
- Fresh Cream         1 packet
- Butter (Makhan)        2 tbsp
- Yogurt (Dahi)       4 tbsp
- Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)          4 - 6
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)        1 - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi)          1/2 tsp
- All Spice Powder (Garam Masala)       1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)          To Taste
- 5 Of Almond Paste

Direction:

- Heat oil in a pot. Add onion puree and cook until light pink.
- Add garlic ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for few minutes.
-  Add boneless chicken. Once chicken' s water is dried, add  yogurt and saute for few minutes.
- Now add almond paste, green chilli, all spices powder, and mix well.
- Add butter and cook for few minutes.
- Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook in low flame for few minutes.
- Garnish with green coriander leave and green chilli.
- Serve with chicken makhni handi with rice/roti.
