Special Kabab With Spaghetti
Ingredient:
For Kabab:
- Beef Mince (Qeema) 1/2 Kg
- Onion (Piyaz) 1 Small
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste) 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 2
- Chilli Flakes (Kuti Laal Mirch) 1/2 tbsp
- Roasted Coconut Powder (Bhuna Hua Naariyal Powder) 1 tbsp
- Roasted Gram Flour (Bhuna Hua Besan) 2 tbsp
- All Spices Powder (Garam Masala) 1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Oil For Frying
For Sauce:
- Oil
- Yogurt (Dahi) 1 & 1/2 Cup
- Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
- Cumin Seed (Zeera) 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 2 tsp
- Coriander Leave (Dhania) 2 tbsp
- All Spice Powder (Garam Masala) 1/2 tbsp
- Salt (Namak) To TasteDirection:
- Grind all ingredients of kabab. Grease your hands with oil and shape as muthiya kabab. Fry until golden. Keep Set Aside.
(Flip Kababs Carefully Once One Side Is Done).
- Now Preparing kabab's sauce, heat oil in a pot.
- Add cumin seed, coriander powder, red chilli powder, all spices powder, and salt, and saute for few minutes.
- Now add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
- Turn off the stove.
- Now in a bowl, add yogurt, and little of water, and whisk well. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Now add yogurt mixture on pot.
-Turn on the stove.
- Mix well.
- Add kababs when mixture is slightly heated and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leave.
- Serve with spaghetti / pasta. Enjoy :)
