Crispy Aloo Pakora
Ingredient:
- Potatoes (Aloo) 2
- Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Cup
- Cornflour (Makayi Ka Atta) 1/2 Cup
- Red Chilli Flakes (Kuti Laal Mirch) 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 3
- Cumin Seed (Zeera) 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper (Kuti Kali Mirch) 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Pisa Hua Dhania) 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Baking Soda A Pinch
- Water As Required
Direction:
- In a bowl, add |gram flour, cornflour, red chilli flakes, green chilli, cumin seed, crushed black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and then mix well.
- Gradually add water and make thick batter.
- Now add baking soda and mix well.
- Now coat with potato slice in batter. Fry until crisp and golden.
- Serve with ketchup. Enjoy
