3 Different Style Of Anda Ghotala

Anda Ghotala #1

Ingredient:

- Oil                      1/4 Cup
- Eggs (Anday)     As Required
- Chopped Onion  (Piyaz)   3 Small
- Chopped Tomatoes  (Tamatar )    2 medium
- Cumin Seed (Zeera)      1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch)   1 tsp
-Turmeric Powder (Haldi)     1/4 tsp
- Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)     2 - 3
- Chopped Coriander (Dhania)   2 tbsp
- All Spice Powder (Garam Masala)    1/4 tsp
- Salt (Namak)     To Taste
- Chaat Masala     1/2 tsp


Direction:

- In bowl,add eggs,whisk well and set aside.
- In pot,add oil,onion and saute until translucent.
- Add cumin seeds,tomatoes,red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,green chilies and mix well,cover & cook for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander and mix well.
- Add beaten eggs and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all spice powder and then mix well.
- Garnish with green chilli and coriander leave. Serve.

Anda Ghotala # 2

Ingredient:

- Oil 
- Eggs (Anday)     2
- Onion (Piyaz)     2 Small
- Tomato (Tamatar)     1 Medium
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)      2 - 3
- Red Chlli Powder (Lal Mirch)    1 tsp
- Chaat Masala      1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak)        To Taste
- Coriander Leave (Dhania)     For Garnish

Direction:

- In bowl,add eggs,whisk well and set aside.
- In pot, add onion and saute until translucent and set aside.
- In same pot, add tomato and saute until soft and set aside.
- In bowl, add beaten eggs, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, then mix well and set aside.
- In pot, add oil,and egg mixture and mix well for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve.

Anda Ghotala # 3

Ingredient:

- Oil
White Lentils (Mash Ki Daal)    25 grams
Eggs (Anday)         3
Chopped Onion (Piyaz)         2 Small
- Chopped Tomato (Tamatar)   1 Medium
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)        3 - 4
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste)      1 tbsp
- Salt (Namak)     To Taste
- Chaat Masala     1 tsp

 Direction:

- Boil white lentils and keep aside.
- In bowl, add eggs and whisk well. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic ginger paste and saute for few minutes.
- Add onion and saute until translucent.
- Now add beaten eggs, boiled lentils, tomato, green chillies, chaat masala and salt.
 Mix well and cook until done.
- Serve.
