Kala Channa Chaat Recipe

Ingredient:

- Mustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tail)            1 Cup
- Black Chickpea (Kala Channa)        1/2 Kg
- Onion (Piyaz)        4 Medium
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste)       2  tbsp
- Red Chillin Powder (Lal Mirch)         2 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)     2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi)        1/2 tsp
- All Spices Powder (Garam Masala)     1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)       To Taste
- Water (Paani)      1 Litre

Direction:

- Firstly soaked black chickpeas in water for 4 - 5 hours.
- In a pot, add soaked black chickpeas, and water.Once boil, add onion and garlic ginger paste, and mix well.
- Now add all spices except all spices powder (garam masala), and mixing well.
- Add mustard oil, and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 2 hours on medium flame, keep checking and stir in between.
- Now add all spices powder (garam masala), and mix well.
- Saute black chickpeas (kala channa) until oil is seperated.
- Black chickpeas (kala channa chaat) is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves, and green chilli, 
- Serve with onion, coriander leaves, green chilli , and lemon. Enjoy
