Chinese Spaghetti Pakora

Ingredient:

- Gram Flour (Besan)        2 Cups
- Spaghetti / Noodles        2 Cups
- Chopped Onion (Piyaz)      2 Small
- Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)      1/2 
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)           2
- Soy Sauce           2 tbsp
- Dried Coriander Leaves             1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)     1 tsp 
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi)        1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak)         To Taste
- Water        As Required

Direction:

- In a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and dried coriander leaves, and then mix well.
- Gradually add water and make smooth batter.
- Now add spaghetti/noodles, onion, capsicum, green chilli, and soy sauce, and then mixing well.
- Fry until crisp and golden.
- Serve with garlic sauce or ketchup. Enjoy :)
