4 Quick And Easy Pakora Recipes
Ingredient:
- Potato (Aloo) 2
- Eggs (Anday) 2
- Okra (Bhindi) 6 - 8
- Onion (Piyaz) 4 Small
- Garam Flour (Besan) 2 Cups
- Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti Laal Mirch) 1 tsp- Red Chilli Powder (Laal Mirch) 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Water As Required
- Oil For Frying
Direction:
Gram flour Batter:
- Mix all batter ingredients well. Add water gradually to make smooth batter.
Potato Pakora:
- Peel potato and cut into round slices. Dip slices in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Egg Pakora:
- Boil eggs and peel. Cut egg in four halves. Dip egg in batter and fry.
Lady Finger (Okra) Pakora:
- Prepare filling of bhindi by combining 2 tsp of chaat masala and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Fill lady finger and dip in batter. Fry until golden brown.
Onion Pakora:
- Peel onion and cut into slices. Add onion and mix well. Fry until golden brown.
