Chicken Manchurian Recipe
Ingredient:
For Chicken
- Chicken (Murghi) (Cubes) 300 grams
- Corn Flour (Makayi Ka Atta) 4 tbsp
- Red Chilli Flakes (Kuti Hoyi Lal Mirch) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder (Pisi Hoyi Kali Mirch) 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste (Lehsan) 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Egg (Anda) 1
- Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
- Oil For Frying
For Gravy:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic (Lehsan) 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste (Adrak) 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion (Green) (Hari Piyaz) 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1
- Chopped Onion (Piyaz) 1
- Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Hoyi Lal Mirch) 1/2 tbsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup 1/2 Cup
- Chilli Garlic Sauce 1/4 Cup
- Water (Paani) 1 Cup
- Sugar (Shakkar) 1 tsp
- Corn Flour Mixture (1/2 Cup Of Water + 2 tbsp of Corn Flour)
Direction:
For Chicken
- In a bowl, take chicken and add salt, garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, soy sauce and mix well.
- Add corn flour and egg, and mix well.
- Deep fry chicken cubes in a wok and set aside.
For Gravy:
- Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic, and ginger paste. Saute for few minutes.
- Add spring onion (green) and saute for 30 second.
- Now add onion, and capsicum.Saute for a minute.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, and mix well.
- Add vinegar, and soy sauce, and mix well.
- Now add tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, and sugar, and then mix well.
- Add water and mixing well.
- Now add chicken and mix well.
- Add cornflour mixture and mix until gravy thicken.
- Sprinkle spring onion (green part).
- Serve with egg fried rice/ vegetable fried rice/ garlic rice. Enjoy
