Chicken Nuggets Curry
Ingredient:
- Oil
- Chicken Nuggets As Required
- Chopped Onion (Piyaz) 2 Small
- Finely Chopped Garlic (Lehsan) 5 - 7
- Ketchup 1 Cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Corn Flour (Makayi Ka Atta) 2 tbsp
- Water As Required
Direction:
- Firstly heat oil in a pan. Add chicken nuggets and fry until golden. Keep set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook until soft.
- Now add garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add ketchup and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar, black pepper powder, and salt, and mixing well.
- Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
- Bring to a boil, add chicken nuggets and mix well.
- For cornflour mixture, in a cup, add 2 tbsp of cornflour and 1/2 cup of water and then mix well.
- Gradually add corn flour mixture and mixing well.
- Serve with spaghetti / rice. Enjoy :)
