Homemade K&N Style Chicken Nuggets

Homemade K&N Style Chicken Nuggets for Ramadan Recipes.


Ingredient:

- Boneless Chicken     1 Kg
-  Bread Slices              4 - 5
- Milk (Doodh)              1 Cup 
- Eggs (Anday)   2 
- Soya Sauce      2 tbsp
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste )     1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (Kali Mirch Powder)      2 tsp
- Salt (Namak)      To Taste

For Coating:

- All Purpose Flour (Maida)   1 Cup 
- Corn Flour    2 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs   1 Cup
- Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)   A Pinch
- Salt (Namak)    A Pinch

- Oil        For Frying


Direction:

In bowl, add shredded bread slices and milk, soak bread in milk and set aside.
- In food chopper, add grind chicken, soaked bread, black pepper powder, salt , garlic ginger paste , soya sauce , 1 beaten egg and blend all ingredients.
Take out the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes.
Coating:
Take a plate add all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper,salt, mix and set aside.
- In another plate, take bread crumbs.
- In a bowl, take 1 egg and whisk it and set aside.
- Grease your hands with oil properly. Take chicken mixture and shape as nuggets.
- Coat in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Prepare all nuggets and refrigerate for 30 minutes before frying.
- At this stage, you can freeze nuggets for up to 30 days. Whenever you need to fry them take them out, thaw for 10 mins
- Shallow or deep fry until nice golden color appear.
