Healthy Protein Salad

Ingredient:

For Salad Dressing:

- Yogurt (Dahi)     1/2 Cup
- Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)   1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)      To Taste 

For Salad:

- White Beans (Safaid Lobiya)     1/2 Cup
- Cabbage (Gobhi)      1 Cup
- Cucumber (Kheera)   1 Cup
- Lettuce (Salad Patta)  1 Cup
- Boiled Eggs (Ubalay Hoye Anday)   2
- Pistachio (Pistay)     30 - 32
- Almond (Badaam)    10 - 12
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)   Few

Direction:

- For dressing put yogurt, salt and black pepper powder, then mix well.
- Firstly add water and bring the beans to a boil. 
- For salad, mix all vegetables,nuts and white beans.
Pour dressing as needed.
