Achari Lobiya Chaat
Ingredient:
- Oil 1/4 Cup
- White Bean (Safaid Lobiya) 1 & 1/2 Cup
- Onion (Piyaz) 2 Medium
- Boiled Potato (Aloo) 2 Medium
- Tomato (Tamatar) 2 Medium
- Cucumber (Kheera) 2
- Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 4
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania) Few
- Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsan Kay Jaway) 4 - 5
- Fenugreek Seed (Meethi Dana) 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed (Zeera) 2 tsp
- Mustard Seed (Rai Black) 1/2 tsp
- Nigella Seed (Kalonji) A Pinch
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak) To Taste
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Direction:
- Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic cloves and saute in a minute.
- Add fenugreek seed and saute well.
- Now add cumin seed, mustard seed , and nigella seed, and saute for few minutes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and mix well.
- Now add red chilli powder, and salt, and saute for few minutes.
- Add chaat masala, and mix well.
- Now add little water and saute all spices for few minutes, and then set aside.
- In a bowl, add boiled white beans, onion, tomato, boiled potato, and cucumber, and
then mix well.
- Now add green chilli, and coriander leaves, and mix well.
- Pour achari masala according to your requirement, and then mixing well.
- Achari lobiya chaat is ready. Enjoy :)
