Homemade Chaat Masala Recipe

Ingredient:

- Cumin Seed (Zeera)      1 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder (Lala Mirch)      4 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)    4 tsp
- Dried Ginger Powder (Pisi Hoyi Sonth)      2 tsp
- Black Salt (Kala Namak)      1 tsp
- Salt (Namak)          To Taste

Direction:

- In a pan, add cumin seed, roast until aromatic and changes color and grind it, and 
  take out in a bowl.
- In a pan, add coriander powder, roast until aromatic and changes color, and set aside.
- In a pan, add dried ginger powder, roast it for few minutes. Add black salt and mix well.
- Now In a bowl, add salt.
- In a pan, add red chilli powder, roast until aromatic and change color, and set aside.
- Now mix all spices.
- Chaat masala is ready. You can be stored in airtight container for upto 2 months.
