Aloo Matar Qeema

Ingredient:

- Oil
- Beef Mince (Qeema)   1/2 Kg
- Potato (Aloo)    1 Cip
- Pea (Matar)      1 Cup
- Onion (Piyaz)    4 - 5 Medium
- Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste)   2 tsp
- Red Chilli POwder (Lal Mirch)     1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)   1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi)    1 tsp
- All Spices Powder (Garam Masala)   1/2 tsp
- Salt (Namak)     To Taste
- Chaat Masala     1/2 tsp

Direction:

- Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and cook until onions are light pink.
- Add garlic ginger paste and saute in a minute.
- Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt, and saute all spices for few minutes.
- Add beef mince, mix well for few minutes. Cook until mince water completely dry.
- Add water according to your requirement and mixing well.
- Now add peas, and potatoes, and mix. 
- Add water if you needed then mix well.Cover and cook until potatoes and peas are tender.
- Now add chaat masala and mixing well.
- Add all spices powder (garam masala) and mix well. Cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with green chilli. 
- Serve with roti or chawal.
