Ingredients: - Mince (Qeema) 1 1/2 Kg - Split Bengal Gram (Channa Dal) 200 Grams - Onion (Piyaz) 3 - 5 - Egg (Anday) 2 - Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 6 - 7 - Cumin Seed (Zeera) 1 tbsp - All Spices Powder (Garam Masala) 1/2 tsp - Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 8 - 12 - Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsn Adrak Paste) 2 tsp - Sliced Ginger (Adrak) 1 inch - Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 2 tsp - Salt (Namak) To Taste - Chaat Masala 1 tbsp - Chopped Mint (Podina) 1/2 Cup - Oil For Frying Important Tip:
- Use No Fat Meat Mince. - Lentil Has To Be Washed Only (Don’t Soak It) - After Meat is Tender and Lentil is Soft and There is Still Water, Dry It On High Flame. Lentil Should Not Become Mushy.
