Healthy Hearty Pancakes

Ingredients: - Olive Oil - Instant Oatmeal 1/3 Cup - Semolina (Sooji) 1/3 cup - Wheat Flour (Aata) 1/2 cup - Baking Soda 1 Pinch - Honey (Shehed) 1 - 2 tbsp or To Taste - Eggs (Anday) 2 - Milk (Doodh) 1 Cup

Directions: 

- 1/3 cup of instant oatmeal 
- Grind it.
- Sooji (Semolina) 1/3 cup
- Aata (Wheat Flour) 1/2 cup
- Mix them all.
- Add 1 pinch of baking soda.
- Add Honey (1 to 2 tbsp) or according to your taste.
- Eggs    2
- Mix Eggs well in the mixture.
- Add about 1 cup of milk.
- Mix well.
- In the pan, spray Olive oil.
- Pour about 4 tbsp of pan cake mixture.
- Cook one side until you see bubbles in upper side.
- Carefully flip on other side.
- Cook for about 1/2 minutes on other side. 
- Serve with Honey or Maple Syrup, and your favorite nuts and fruits.
