- Oil - Chicken (Murghi) 1/2 Kg - Rice (Chawal) 1/2 Kg - Onion (Piyaz) 3 - 5 Small - Bay Leaf (Tez Pata) 2 - 3 - Cinnamon (Darchini) 2 - Star Anise (Badiyan Ka Phool) 1 - Mace (Javitri) 1 - Green Cardomom (Choti Elaichi) 1 - Cloves (Long) 3 - 5 - Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 10 - 14 - Cumin Seed (Zeera) 1 tbsp - Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste) 1 tbsp - Salt (Namak) 2 - 4 tsp or To Taste - Fennel Seed (Saunf) And Ajwain Water 1 Cup - Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 5 - 7 - Black Cumin Seed (Sya Zeera) 1 tbsp - Coriander Powder (Pissa Dhaniya) 1 tsp - All Spices Powder (Garam Masala) 1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder (Pissi Kali Mirch) 1 tsp - Yogurt (Dahi) 1/2 Cup - Water As Required - Chicken Yakhni Stock As Required
