Fish Fried With Cucumber Raita

Ingredient:
- Fish (Machli) 
- Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Cup
- Salt (Namak)    To Taste 
- Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)    1 tsp
- Baking Powder/Soda        A Pinch
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi)    1/2 tsp
- All Spice Powder (Garam Masala)  1 tsp 

Direction:

For Fish

- Fish cut in rectangle pieces.
- Mix all spices in Besan.
- Add water to make it batter.
- Dip fish piece in a Besan Batter and fry in medium hot oil. 

For Raita 

- Take 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add cucumber cut into pieces.
- Enjoy Raita with Fish.
