Mushrooms & Chicken Corn Soup


Ingredient:
 
- Chicken broth (Murghi Yakhni) 4 cups
- Eggs (Anday) 2
- Chicken boiled As needed
- Broccoli Few
- Mushrooms Few 
- Corn flour mixture (2 tbsp corn flour in 1/2 cups of water)

Direction: 
- Shred the chicken.
- Saute mushrooms in little oil. 
- Add broccoli and saute for few minutes.
- Add shredded chicken.
- Season according to your taste. 
- After few minutes add chicken broth. 
- Once boil comes, add one boiled egg. 
- Then add corn flour mixture. 
- When soup thickens, add 1 beaten egg. Wait for awhile and then mix. 
- Serve with chilli sauce. 

 You can make chili sauce at home by mixing vinegar with red chilli powder.
