Special Qawami Seviyan | Banarsi Special Seviyan Ingredient: - Vermicelli (Seviyan) 2 Packet - Ghee 350 grams - Sugar (Shakkar) 2 Kg or To Taste - Hot Milk (Garam Doodh) 2 Kg - Cloves (Long) 7 - 9 - Cardamom (Elaichi) 10 -12 - Raisin (Kishmish) 12 - 15 - Coconut (Nariyal) 2 Inch - Almond (Badam) 20 - 25 - Pistachio (Pista) 20 - 25 - Khoya 250 grams - Kerwa Water 2 tsp Drection: - Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves, and cardamon. Fry for a minute. - Add raisin and fry for a minute. - Add coconut and fry for few minutes. - Now add vermicelli, fry vermicelli until golden brown in medium flame. - Add sugar and mix well. - Add hot milk and then stir frequently. - Add almonds and pistachio and mix well. - Add khoya and mix well. - Cover and cook for few minutes. - Stir frequently.
