Achari Lobiya Chaat Ingredient: - Oil 1/4 Cup - White Bean ( Safaid Lobiya) 1 & 1/2 Cup - Onion (Piyaz) 2 Medium - Boiled Potato (Aloo) 2 Medium - Tomato (Tamatar) 2 Medium - Cucumber (Kheera) 2 - Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 4 - Coriander Leaves (Dhania) Few - Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsan Kay Jaway) 4 - 5 - Fenugreek Seed ( Meethi Dana) 1 tsp - Cumin Seed (Zeera) 2 tsp - Mustard Seed (Rai Black) 1/2 tsp - Nigella Seed ( Kalonji ) A Pinch - Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 2 tsp - Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 tsp - Salt (Namak) To Taste - Chaat Masala 1 tsp Direction: - Heat oil in a pot. Homemade Chaat Masala Recipe Ingredient: - Cumin Seed (Zeera)      1 Cup - Red Chilli Powder (Lala Mirch)      4 tsp - Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)    4 tsp - Dried Ginger Powder (Pisi Hoyi Sonth)      2 tsp - Black Salt (Kala Namak)      1 tsp - Salt (Namak)          To Taste Direction: - In a pan, add cumin seed, roast until aromatic and changes color and grind it, and    take out in a bowl. - In a pan, add coriander powder, roast until aromatic and changes color, and set aside. - In a pan, add dried ginger powder, roast it for few minutes.  Homemade Kulukki Sharbat | Sweet And Spicy Shaken Lemonade Kulukki Sharbat (Sweet And Spicy Shaken Lemonade) Is A Refreshing Drink Which Helps To Cool You Down During Hot Summer. Aloo Matar Qeema Ingredient: - Oil - Beef Mince (Qeema)   1/2 Kg - Potato (Aloo)    1 Cip - Pea (Matar)      1 Cup - Onion (Piyaz)    4 - 5 Medium - Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste)   2 tsp - Red Chilli POwder (Lal Mirch)     1 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)   1 tsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi)    1 tsp - All Spices Powder (Garam Masala)   1/2 tsp - Salt (Namak)     To Taste - Chaat Masala     1/2 tsp Direction: - Heat oil in a pot. Three Different Ways Of Sattu Drink | Refreshing Summer Drink  Ingredient: For Sugar Syrup: - Water      2 Cups - Sugar (Shakkar)     1 Cup For Sattu Mixture: - Barley (Jau) Ka Sattu    1 Cup - Normal Water        1 Cup - Very Chill Water (Thanda Paani)     5 - 6 Cups - For Sattu Drink:  - Sattu Mixture    As Required - Sugar Syrup      To Taste - Panjiri              1 Cup - Milk (Doodh)    1 Cup - Lemon (Leemun)  1 tsp Direction: - For Sugar Syrp, First in a pan, add water and sugar, mix well. Baigan Ka Bharta | Brinjal Bharta Ingredient: - Oil               1/2 Cup - Brinjal (Baigan) (Washed & Pat Dried)    1/2 Kg - Onion (Piyaaz)     1 Cup - Garlic ginger paste (Lehsan adrak paste)   1 tbsp - Cumin Seed ( Zeera)      1 tbsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi)   1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)   2 tsp - Chaat Masala      1 tsp - Salt ( Namak)       To Taste - Coriander Leaves      For Garnish Direction: - Roast Brinjal (Baigan) directly on the flame carefully.Keep rotating until outer layer is burnt. - Remove burnt layer carefully and mash it. - Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and cook until onions are light brown. - Add garlic ginger paste and saute in a minute. - Add cumin seed and saute well. - Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add little water and saute all spices for few minutes. - Add mashed brinjal (baigan) and mix well. - Now add chaat masala and cook until oil separates. - Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes. - Serve
