Aloo Matar Ki Tahari Ingredient: - Oil - Rice Pre Soaked (Chawal) 3 Cups - Potato (Aloo) 2 Cups - Pea (Matar) 1 Cup - Onion (Piyaz) 3 - 5 Small - Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 3 - 4 - Garlic Ginger Paste (Lehsan Adrak Paste) 1 tbsp - Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder (Lala Mirch) 2 tsp - Salt (Namak) To Taste - Water As Required Direction: - Heat oil in a pot. Add green chillies and saute in a minute. - Add onion and cook until onions are golden brown. Add garlic ginger paste and saute well. - Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add little water and saute all spices for few minutes. - Add the peas and potatoes along with two cup of water.
