Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi | Potato Pea Curry Ingredients: - Oil - Garlic Clove (Lehsan) 4 - Onion (Piyaaz) 4 - Peas (Matar) 1 Cup - Potatoes (Aloo) 1 Cup - Green chillies (Hari mirch) 5- 6 - Coriander powder (Dhaniya ) 1 tsp - Red chilli powder (Lal mirch) 2 tsp - Turmeric powder (Haldi) 1 tsp - Salt (Namak) To Taste - Chat masala 1/2 tsp - Water 2 Cups Directions: - Heat oil in a pot. Add Garlic clove and fry for few minutes - Add onion and cook until onions are light brown or pink - Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Simple Matar Chawal Ingredient: - Oil - Peas (Matar)        1 Cup - Rice pre soaked (Chawal)    3 Cups - Cumin Seed (Zeera)   2 tbsp - Salt (Namak)             To Taste - Black pepper (Kali mirch)  To Taste - Water                   As Required Directions: - Add Cumin Seed in little oil and saute in a minute. - Add the peas along with two cup of water. Add salt and black pepper. Cover and cook in medium   flame until pea is cooked. (If using frozen, don't cook). - Add the pre soaked rice to the pot and mix. Beef Paya (Trotter) Recipe Ingredients: - Oil (For meat and bones)       1 tbsp  -  Beef trotters (Beef Paya) 1 1/2 (clean with warm water - Beef meat and bones 1 kg (clean with warm water) - L Large onion (Pyaaz) 1 1/2 - Large Tomatoes (Tamatar) 2 - 1 Garlic(Lehsan) head for boiling Paya - G Ginger ( Adrak) 1 1/2 inches - Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 1 tbsp - Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 tsp - All Spices Powder (Garam Masala) 1 tbsp - Salt (Namak) To Taste - Water As Needed Directions: To prepare Paya: a- Put water and paya in a big pan. On first boil after few minutes, throw away the water to make it more clean. b- Then Put water again with Paya. c- Add 1 head of garlic, Salt and turmeric powder. - Cook in medium flame, when it comes to boil turn flame to low.
